Our real estate agents recommended Peter Brewer for an HOA dispute we had with the sale of our townhome. We worked with Adam Pedersen and Tracy Mainguy and had the best possible outcome! They were familiar with our case from the documents we uploaded and spoke knowledgeably about the relevant laws and possible outcomes. We developed a strategy together that helped us reach an amicable resolution with the HOA and close the sale of our home. We were confident going into our meeting knowing that we had great advice AND a backup plan, should we need to bring in Pedersen and Mainguy again. The fee was super reasonable too! Next time we sell a home we will consider contacting them about writing disclosures - they were great with helping us craft language to appropriately represent ourselves in our situation.

In October I walked into Simon Offord’s office after I had been threatened with a partition suit. After meeting with him I left feeling that he could help me as long as I listened to him and did everything he said. Since he was the expert and since I had a lot to lose, I made the decision to trust him. Well I am happy to say that it was the best decision I ever made. Simon is knowledgeable about real estate matters, thorough in his process, and genuinely cares about what he is doing for you. As of the first week in December I own 100% of my house, which has been my home since 1980! I cannot thank Simon enough for what he did. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Peter Brewer. My husband and I needed to contact a real estate lawyer immediately when the sellers of the house we were buying suddenly tried to back out of selling us their property. Simon was amazing. He is extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, and a fabulous communicator and letter writer. The time and effort he put into our case was above expectations. Without a doubt, the best real estate law firm out there. Adam Pedersen and James Huang handled my deposit dispute case with the sellers. They educate their clients, and they come up with the best strategy for your case and execute the case in the best interest of their client's situation and demand with extremely reasonable fee. Extremely helpful with a complex litigation issue. When I was sued by the buyer's of my home several years ago it became apparent that I would need the best legal defense possible. Together the Brewer firm teamed up to defend me in what should have been a simple home sale in Silicon Valley.
