Had a flat on Sunday and AAA dispatched Anthony's Towing. The office staff was quick to respond to verify my information and location and the truck arrived within 20 minutes, much faster than the estimated response time. Casey was very friendly when he arrived and was able to get the apron for me in no time. Friendly, speedy, and great service all around.

So had a issue with this company trying to get my wife's truck home when they were dispatched by AAA they had an issue with the fact the bed has been swapped out for a flatbed as most ranch trucks usually are after trying to explain it's a basic f350 4x4 Crew cab he looks at the VIN to even verify the f350 and he has the nerve to request money for the tow as he thinks it's a medium duty size tow which is false AAA has towed this truck in the past no problems my outlook either they are money hungry or the driver is not educated with towing after reviewing the company photos on Google looks like they have no problem towing a RV or a ram 3500 with over head bed camper with a light duty As for us my pregnant wife is now home and I'm currently awaiting a tow from a more reputable AAA contractor at 9 pm at night Do your self a favor and request someone else

I actually requested Anthony to call me but have not heard back so I will just write my review anyway because I am a strong believer that if you are willing to take the time to post a bad review you should take the time to post a 5 star review as well. While driving out of town we ran over a piece of metal that blew our tire out, my dad forgot to put the special tool needed to get the spare out so we were stuck. I called AAA, which requested our service from Anthony's Tow. Tiffany called us immediately, she was friendly and understood our situation could be fix a flat or tow us 100 miles, an absolute pleasure talking to. And then came Clyde! This young man was so thoughtful and polite!! We ended up needing to be towed back home, two hours away. It's a very uneasy feeling to know you are about to ride in a BIG ol' tow truck with a stranger for two hours, but after 5 minutes we where chit'n and chat'n and it was like we already knew Clyde. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE!!

Me and a buddy blew up a jeep and were stuck on the side of the highway. The driver, Wade, picked us up but then said that his boss said he had to drop us off, then proceeded to leave our jeep on the side of the road in front of the feather river market gas station in olivehurst, when we needed to get it towed to Yuba City. Only explanation we got was “my boss said I have to” and “conflict of interest” from the people on the phone. Horrible service, do better. Edit: Refer to Melonie Castro’s review, for the issue that was “resolved.” Owner couldn’t even respond to it. Try not totaling people’s trucks instead of leaving passive aggressive, unprofessional responses to bad reviews ;)
