This is my fifth and final transport. I will be using with this company. They are not the most affordable, and they have been good for the past four transports. This one in particular was horrendous at best. Not only did the truck breakdown that they hired, which was most likely a third-party but the truck driver was very respondent, and the company completely disappeared on me. When I finally gave up on the customer service number, that always goes straight to voicemail, and will not ring through when they call you back… I called the mainline and got the owner of the company. He simply asked me if I had the customer service number and I explained that the customer service number goes straight to a recording of himself, he told me “I have eight hours left in my shift, I can sit here in silence for that entire eight hours, if you would like” and proceeded not to respond with any words from there on out so I told him how I felt about the lack of service and being in limbo for four days with my car and missing my flight to the East Coast while I was waiting for an extra four days. The owner is snarky and rude. Totally unprofessional and childish. I will never use this service again. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend you find someone else.

I read some negative reviews on here about this company and to be honest was a little hesitant. It’s a little scary shipping a huge investment across the country and not knowing who is on the other end. But I am glad I found their services. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to help anyone dispel any fears in considering using this company to ship your vehicle. I received nothing but great service from start to finish and was very happy with the results. I would definitely use AAA Anytime to ship my vehicle again. Best of luck out there ✌️

Horrible experience with them! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I was told they would pick up my car on a Tuesday. I called Monday and Tuesday to get an update and never heard back. After calling them 15 times and leaving voicemails, some rude guy answered and said they were dealing with IT issues and they would refund my money. This was 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any money.

Don't use this company. First the good part: The salesman was very professional and convinced me this was a quality vendor, so I signed up. The car was picked up on-time. But once they had my money, it was the last I heard from them. When the car didn’t show up on schedule I started calling customer service. I left multiple messages. None were returned. I called sales. They picked up immediately but they were incredibly rude. They told me to call customer service and hung up on me. I tried several times. Email didn’t work either. The car was eventually delivered five days later than the salesman said to expect it, no thanks to AAA Anytime. The car arrived in good condition but the delay cost me real money. Also, the salesman lied claiming they are not a broker. The negative review is not just for the late delivery but for the terrible customer service. This company flat out does not care about you moment they have your money. If you hire them and your car arrives on time, good for you. But if there is a problem with the shipment, you are on your own. You have been warned.

Super happy with AAA Anytime service!!! I recently moved from the North Star State to the Golden State. I was considering to drive my car all the way and 2 weeks before the move, I decided I rather ship my car due to unpredictable weather conditions. I did a thorough research and read a lot of reviews on how shipping companies quote a price and later increase it last minute or when they come to pick up. I was very hesitant and in fact I had that experience with AmeriFreight who gave me a quote and called me later and increased the price 1.5 times the original quote. AAA Anytime rep was super nice, gave me a shipping price and guaranteed the price and no hidden charges, highly transparent and explained everything in detail. I got a call from the truck driver a day before he arrived, came exactly in the window he promised, I also could load my car with any amount of stuff as long as it did not obstruct or block the windows. The car was also delivered on the day it was promised to be delivered. I couldn't expect this to go any smoother than this. I highly recommend this to all.
