I hired Anytime Movers as my movers. They were tired, overworked, and they were 100% ready to go home for the day. In the beginning, they were good to me. Towards the end, they were just ready to go home. I didn't like how they demanded a tip. I was going to tip, but I don't like that they were very demanding about the tip. Now one thing that is upsetting, and the reason I won't ever recommend Anytime movers is that when they moved these couches for me into my basement, the couch worked perfectly and reclined at the old place, but at the new place the couches don't work after they plugged it in. When the movers were setting up the couch, I mentioned that the couch isn't reclining and that there's a cord missing (this couch has two cords that you plug in). They kept on telling me "it was broken before" and that "it's not their problem". That couch has two cords, and magically the other cord went missing. I think it was in their truck, and the person kept on saying that he wants to go home. Granted, they seemed tired. He "looked" in the truck and said the cord wasn't there. He wouldn't let me look. He made me sign a paper saying everything worked, and nothing is damaged. Even though I explained to him that the couch worked before, and now they don't work because there's a cord missing. I am done unpacking, and I still cannot find this cord to make the couch work. The couch literally worked before I moved, and when I moved into my new place, the couch did not work because of this missing cord. I didn't touch any of the cords or the couches. I had to call Gardner White and pay $80 for a new cord. They even scrapped my wall coming in as well. I've used College Hunks and Two Men and a a truck and they were a lot better the Anytime Moving. I don't recommend using Anytime Moving.

Horrible Customer Service experience! I usually don't do too many reviews but I had to post this due to the Service I received from this company. I reached out to Customer service multiple times and was ignored!! My wall was damaged by this company's movers punctured a whole in the wall and scratches on the wall. I sent pictures as requested by the Company manager and they totally ignored the whole situation never took any accountability for they're actions. I am a Pissed customer!!! Please beware of this moving service!!!! Once they get your money they don't take accountability or responsibility for anything they've done!

We hired them to move our family. What a horrible experience. Everything was packed and ready to go and it took them 6 hours to pack the truck. They then called me and said the truck broke down and wouldn’t get out stuff til the next day. We slept on the floor at the new house the first night. Truck came the next day boxes were upside down and things were broken(ie lamps, bed and picture frames). They asked did we pack your stuff up I said no manager says nothing we can do about it. BE CAUTIOUS

We called this company to move about 6 pieces of furniture and a safe from one basement to another basement. I sent picture of the safe and dimensions . They emailed me a quote. When I called back to set up the move I was then told they would not be able to move the safe. Don't do business with this company, they do not honor their Quotes. Now I have to shop around for another mover. don't waste your time or money with this company.

I have used this company twice. With less than a week to move my dad to an assisted living, Adam was able to help! I had to change the time and day. They were accomidating. The morning of the move, I asked if they could take some of the furnature to another location. They also accomidated that with no problem. The movers were VERY efficient. Keeping the time in the 3 hour window even with the extra stop. Communication was great, via text and phone. I am so grateful for companies like this.
