Apartment Movers of the Carolinas was recommended to me as I had need for service to remove a bedroom set from my home prior to having the replacement store model mattress and frame delivered prior to the arrival of the new bedroom set that was ordered, but would not be delivered for several weeks. I placed a call to the office to Mrs. Blue and shared with her my need to donate the current furniture prior to having the new mattress and frame delivered. Without hesitation she helped me coordinate getting the bedroom set removed with Jason who was very professional and carefully removed the furniture from my home, and even swept my floors once everything was removed. We then scheduled the pick up time to have my new bed frame and mattress delivered which was set up professionally by Mr Blue and his team member. Both the pick up and delivery occurred at the scheduled times, with everything processed within 4 hours. Exceptional services were provided for the services requested, and I highly recommended them for your moving and transporting needs! Also a shout out to Mrs Amy Lafata at Rooms to Go Concord, NC for recommending this first class transporting team.

I have used Apartment Movers several times since December of 2023. I needed to use their service again just recently. Mr. and Mrs. Blue are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. In December, when I first moved, I had several pieces of furniture to move. One item that I had was an entertainment system that Mr. Blue patiently put together piece by piece for me! They provide prompt service and are reasonably priced with their services. I will always use Apartment Movers of the Carolinas anytime I need something delivered and moved. Awesome! I spoke with Ms. Blue a few times before my actual move day - such a nice lady! She listened to what I needed, explained how they charge and made everything very clear. The movers arrived two minutes before my scheduled time and started right away. They confirmed what needed to be moved, wrapped what needed to be wrapped and got everything that was being moved out quickly and hassle free. Ms. Blue even called a few hours later to see how things went. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for your next move!!

My entire experience with AMOTC was incredible. Blue and his team were professional, on-time, careful with our furniture and even put everything back together exactly where I wanted it. I don't say this often, but they actually exceeded my high expectations and demands. This is what customer service is supposed to look like!!! I was so happy with them moving our office furniture that I plan on using them again when I move to my new home next month. Don't use anyone else! Call Blue and his team at AMOTC!!! You won't be disappointed.
