I really enjoyed my experience with Apex Moving! The guys were friendly and professional. Everyone has been very courteous and helpful in making sure that we are settled in and there are no problems. The movers were there on Friday, May 31, 2024 on time and there arrived on Sunday, June 2 on time and were right on time with making sure everything was unloaded. Then the men that came to uncrate our glass items, they too were very courteous and helpful. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Moving always creates a lot of stress. However this was the easiest move I have ever had. Our experience was nothing less than phenomenal. This is a direct result of the entire team from Apex. The entire process was easy and removed a lot of the stress. As the day to actually load the truck arrived, we had an increased level of stress, but when our driver Dave and the GM Zach showed up it was like the Calvary had arrived. In addition Jacque from Apex was awesome. The entire team on the ground were professional, polite, hard working, and were invested in our experience. They were committed to making this process stress free. No matter what we asked them to do, they greeted it with an opportunity to serve their clients. I run a large company and I would hire any of these individuals based on their style and work effort. You can’t teach attitude so I commend the Apex team for building a company with great people who are client committed. Best moving company in the industry. And one of best customer service companies period.

I ended up not using Apex because I found a lower price elsewhere and I already had half of my things packed myself, but I have to give credit to Ben Vos for how responsive, patient, and attentive he was despite my tight timeline. If price hadn't been such a constraining factor for me I would have loved to give Apex my business and in hindsight it probably would have been worth the extra spend just to have the peace of mind. My advice for anyone moving - call Ben and start 2-3 months before your move date! You won't regret it.

Our family recently moved from Louisiana to Georgia. Apex made our move go so smoothly, from packing everything into boxes, packing it all into the truck, to delivering it to our new home.
