After changing drivers at a rest stop near willows our car wouldn’t start. It was nighttime and there was no way to get the parts we needed for repair so after looking for a well rated tow truck we called Manuel to get us and our car into willows for repair the next morning. He was super friendly, helpful and professional. He looked over the engine, double checked the most common potential issues and made excellent recommendations for getting the best help the next day. When dropping us off at the hotel, he waited around to confirm we were able to get a room. What a great guy and great service!

Had the axle break on my boat trailer on Hwy5 south of Willows. Called Manuel and he arrived within 30 minutes. He got the trailer hooked up and towed me into town and actually made himself available 4 hours later to help load the trailer up to be transported home. This guy is a class act and truly cares about his customers. If you ever need assistance this is the only call you need to make. Thanks Manuel !!

*10/10* Josh G, 1st Time Customer: I ran out of gas and my insurance company ‘‘found the best truck’’ available to bring me 2 gallons of gas was 45 minutes away and cost $170. I googled tow places in the area. Within 3 minutes the owner of A Plus towing, Manuel was en rout for an honest price that saved me any out of pocket fees. Pretty good considering it was past midnight. Quick, simple, and fair. Afterward, he led me to an open station and didn’t leave until he saw I was good to go. That is what I consider excellent service.

Do not be fooled! The owner/operator Manual is a con artist. He charged me $300 for a .05 mile tow and another hundred for "storage fees" and he only had my truck for 2 hours!! There's more; Manual then proceeded to refuse release the vehicle even though I provided him with all proper documentation required to regain possession and move the vehicle legally per State (VC) Law and written pre-approval from the DMV. He tied to bully me out of my truck HA not this time ! Go fish Manual!!! Ya crook!

I broke down past midnight and I was fortunate enough to have Manuel sent. He arrived quickly on the scene and towed me 100 miles! Manuel’s excellent work did not stop there. I ran into some troubles getting a reimbursement from my insurance and Manuel was a great help working with me and the insurance to help me get my money back. Manuel is a family man with a daughter going to college and he cares about his career and his customers. I 100% recommend Manuel there is no better person to call.
