I live in a second floor apt. I was looking out my window to see what was happening with the move. An older man made remarks that were rude. I dressed and went to confront the guy and again he was very rude. In my old days I would have reacted in a different way. I am disappointed that he was so rude. I was just watching them move stuff. I believe that respect is earned. I am hoping his boss will give him a talking to. Very indignant. Maybe having a bad day. I don't know. This business is going to fail if he is a leader. I want him to keep his job but treat everyone like they are a customer. I wouldn't recommend this company if this is common behavior. Apollo Moving is not on my list to recommend.

The entire New Castle base crew was great. Glenn did a super job of estimating our load as well as explaining costs, pick and delivery details. Lenard was very patient and understanding with our change of pickup dates. Our pickup crew, James, Michael and Mitchell were efficient, careful and strong! The entire team was excellent. I would recommend them for any kind of move.

Glenn was in charge of our move with Apollo Moving both times. He was so professional and helpful. We had a time contstraint and Glenn kindly accommodated us. We have a big family, and making everyone happy can be difficult. Glenn set the tone with being punctual, careful with our furniture and most cheerful! His attitude was greatly appreciated in what could otherwise be a very stressful event. We are repeat customers and will use Apollo again when the time comes. I highly recommended Apollo Moving. Glenn is the best! This company is a good blend of professional, friendly and fair priced!

3 stars for great communication prior to booking-friendly and quick responses (from the manager), great price, and the 2 guys that came completed the job quickly. Also, when I discovered they took my bolts to put my table together with them, after I emailed the manager the guys drove an hour to my new place to give them back to me. Lose 2 stars because the men were not very polite, didn't wash their hands after using the washroom (especially nowadays!!) and then touched all my belongings, left stuff behind at the house without telling me it didn't fit in the truck (including a small 2x2 table top apparently??) until I had already arrived at the new place, and rolled my wooden table without wrapping it resulting in scratches and chips.

This company is an absolute joke. Picked items up on Saturday morning at 11 am and drop off late night at 10 pm as our travel time from Hamilton to Chatham ON is only 2hr to 3 hr max. thay told us truck broke down and took lot of the place with our belongings. APOLLO's crew packed and miss place my most of items I didn't receive it at my home. I believe these people Steele their customers items and sell on Kijiji. I request many people don't book Apollo movers. 1st they book us with estimate Price and once we agree they making issue with that now they need more money as we booked them in 1300 and once they arrive late they were asking more money and telling this is how the business run. This company doesn't care that they are screwing people out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars for their incompetency and unwillingness to make any kind of relevant solution available.
