I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 online and went to get it on time. The security guard told me that customers couldn't enter because of an emergency, but employees were there. I said I just needed to pick up my watch, but the supervisor said no also. When I suggested going to another store, supervisor refused to help with any referrals. I had to find a solution myself because they didn't seem to care. It was a bad customer service experience. I know things can go wrong, but I hoped they would find a way to help me. The watch supposed to be a gift, that was a time sensitive and important moment for me. I will never buy a thing here again.
