minus 10 star rating. We sent in working fine condition iphone 12 pro for battery replacement. One hour later. Got our iphone back. Not only battery not fixed, they broke the screen too, refused to take any responsibility. Blame on customer for “you had liquid inside”. It’s all your fault.

I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 online and went to get it on time. The security guard told me that customers couldn't enter because of an emergency, but employees were there. I said I just needed to pick up my watch, but the supervisor said no also. When I suggested going to another store, supervisor refused to help with any referrals. I had to find a solution myself because they didn't seem to care. It was a bad customer service experience. I know things can go wrong, but I hoped they would find a way to help me. The watch supposed to be a gift, that was a time sensitive and important moment for me. I will never buy a thing here again.
