I work for a computer company so when I run into problems I want the very best in terms of 1.) technical knowledge, 2.) Quick resolution of problems and 3. Reasonable cost. Michael from Zen repair exceeded my expectations are all 3 criteria and I was extremely happy. My company had sent me a computer system with instructions and how to swap out the disk drive. Unfortunately, I did not have the proper Phillips screwdriver so I end up slightly stripping the screwhead. Michael drove to my house within 15 minutes of my phone call and was there to rescue me. He arrived with over 20 different screwdrivers so that he could get an exact fit. He was able to replace hard disk within an hour. Had I gone to another company, most likely I would have had to wait over 1 day before I could be scheduled to get it repaired.

Mike at Zen Repair fixed my broken LCD screen. After calling around getting quotes he was the most affordable. He was communicative and fixed it in a timely manner. He picked up the laptop from my house and dropped it off when fixed. It was an easy and smooth process. Would recommend!

This review is long overdue. Mike is extremely kind and helpful and clearly wants the best for his customers! I went in to replace a swelling battery for my Dell laptop and had the new battery in hand. Dropped my laptop off and was quoted $50, but decided to cancel the repair upon finding out Dell does this repair for free. I come back and Mike is already halfway done with the repair and tells me it's on the house! Was really happy with the level of customer service here and would certainly come back again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off on a Wednesday and the next day Owner smelled like alcohol at 10 am, told me it was not worth repairing my computer which was fine but wiped all data off my backup disk. Not only did he wipe my backup, he didn’t even have the integrity to admit what he’d done, just let me take it home to find out for myself. Avoid this person.
