My sister and I just spent a week visiting Haida Gwaii for the first time for each of us. We stayed at April's Raven House, using it as our base to explore from. We absolutely loved all aspects of our trip. Charlie cooked an amazing breakfast every morning, and fed us so much that we never needed lunch! Listening to April speak over breakfast every morning we learned so much about Haida culture. I hope to return to Haida Gwaii in the future, and if I do, spend more time at April's house.

Don't be put off by the outside appearance. Rooms are huge, super clean, quiet and Charlie is an ultra attentive host. Awesome breakfast!

My family and I had a magical time at April's White Raven House. We traveled with our toddler and we felt absolutely at home in the beautiful place. Breakfast was epic every morning and the service was kind and incredibly thoughtful. The accommodation was spotless and the bed very comfortable. A home away from home! Haw'aa April's White Raven House - hope to come back soon!

Our Stay at April' Raven House for 3 days was a perfect home base to explore Old Masset, Tow Hill and Haida Culture. The room had very comfortable beds, expansive views and brand new bathroom. Her upstairs Gallery gathering spot at breakfast was visually amazing. Her Haida Art was on display and available. Breakfast was a feast and rich in conversation and local history. Can't wait to visit again.

I stayed here in 2021. It was the loveliest visit complete with a short piano recital of April's beautiful grand piano surrounded by her little puppies. My room was cozy and newly renovated. The location, right on the water. I'll stay here again if I ever am lucky enough to return to Haida Gwaii. I bought some of April's art and it always reminds me of the beauty of this part of the world.
