Sal was recommended from a good friend and I am so glad he was! Sal and his team did a total kitchen and bar remodel including taking down a large load bearing wall. Sal stuck to the initial timeline and budget precisely and provided exceptional customer care every step of the way. We recently completed renovations on master & guest showers, sub-floor reinforcement and leveling of our entire townhouse, painting of ceiling and walls, and installed a solution for covering our washer and dryer cubby. We are so happy with how the entire project turned out and that QA Builders were able to finish the project based on their original completion time frame. We found Josh and Poli of QA Builders to be very easy to work with. They listened to what we were looking for in a project, gave us a reasonable bid, and then guided us through the material selection process. We appreciated their advice and their ability to understand our needs. The Quartz slab showers the team installed look fabulous! Going into the project we were concerned because we were not living in CA. We weren't sure how easily or promptly we would be informed of progress or issues with the project. Josh (our main Project Manager) promised us that he would provide feedback to include phone calls, video calls, texts, pictures and video of the project. Once the project started we were so happy with the constant communication that we had. As much as we love the finished project, the constant communication showed us the QA Builders and Josh really believe in building trust and increasing engagement with the customer. Renovations can be big ticket items and it's nice to know that QA Builders understands that good communication can really make the process so much smoother and give the customer piece of mind. Josh made sure that our interests were aligned with what the QA Builders' team was doing. His can-do attitude made this process so smooth. Should we have the need for future projects, we would not hesitate working with Josh and QA Builders again.

Sal and his team, Poli as well, did an absolutely fantastic job remodelling our kitchen, floors and painting. 1. We consulted with MANY contractors, got quotes, QA builders was the best in terms of responsiveness, price and reviews. 2. Right from the start when we got a quote till the contracts were signed, to the project completion, they have remained extremely professional, responsive to any matter, and on budget. 3. They understood our limits as full time working professionals, always found a way to work with our schedule for material selections, pick ups etc. 4. The work quality and finishing is BEAUTIFUL. We have remodelled other homes before, so can spot a bad job when we see one, they did a fantastic job with the finishes in the kitchen and floors. 5. Very important to us was timeline. They ensured us they would finish in a certain amount of time, and although you are at the mercy of material delivery, Sal and Poli and their team finished the work on time as promised! We were thrilled with that. 6. Sal came with me personally to help select the kitchen slab, understand differences between materials of backsplashes etc. Very thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. 7. Even after the project has been complete, we have had a few leaks in the bathrooms , which was not even a part of their project, but they have been able to help us fix them in the timely manner! For me- Professionalism, Competitive fair pricing, and completion of work on time is the most important to me- which QA builders by far get 10 stars in! I plan to use them again when I remodel my bathrooms in this house, and when I build an extension to my new home. Highly recommend them for your services.

Sal and his team did a great job with our garage remodel. They gave us a competitive bid and were very flexible with timing to accommodate my schedule. Sal was very responsive to my questions through the project. They installed drywall, fixed shelves, a custom mudroom area, added an attic and recessed lights, epoxied the floor, replaced an old window, installed a new sink, and moved our washer and dryer to a more sensible location. Everything looks great and our garage is so much brighter and more functional now.

I highly recommend QA Builders for any remodel, I worked mostly with Sal and Poli who did an amazing job clearly explaining the process, breakdown of the cost, and the scope of the work. I had my kitchen remodeled with them and Poli made the process very easy, the employees were courteous and professional. The also were willing to work with the HOA to get the project started. They knew places where I could get additional materials I needed and where to get the best prices. Poli was extremely responsive and gave me updates on the project. I’m thankful that I found them and I’m glad they were able to work on my project.
