I had a very disappointing experience with Arango Trucking /HK Quality Transport LLC. We hired them to transport a bumper pull boat from Beaumont, TX to Grand Island, NY. Not only did they collect a $500 broker fee and fail to remit it to us as agreed, but our 2016 operable boat sustained damage to the tires during transport. The issues didn't end there. Despite Maidelys Arango ownership with Arnago /HK the owner/manager, signing a contract stating she would pay the broker fee, she has not fulfilled this obligation. Additionally, she agreed via text message to resolve the payment issue but has since failed to follow through. Even more concerning is that the driver used for the transport was not licensed. This is a serious breach of trust and safety regulations, as unlicensed drivers should not be transporting cargo across state lines. In light of these issues, I strongly advise avoiding HK Quality Transport LLC/ Arango Trucking and more so Maidelys Arango. It appears they are desperate for money and willing to cut corners, even if it means using unlicensed drivers and failing to honor their financial commitments. Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted to handle your transportation needs responsibly or ethically. Maidelys Arango is a bad apple DONT DO BUSINESS with her.

I have never personally used their service but I'm going to write them a one star and I would never recommend anybody using them. I wouldn't trust them with whatever they may be handling. They almost ran me off of the road even after I kept honking at them on a very busy street I was near MLK & Evans/Fowler where it changed names. Going south, the vehicle at that intersection was making a left in fort Myers. Had to be around 9:30am give or take by a few minutes.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I arranged my dad's car to be shipped on 7-21. On 7-22 his car was never picked up and I was having to text them all day and my whole day was wasted waiting on them to pick my car up. It is now 7-23 and they still haven't given me a time that they will pick up my dad's car. The people I am texting with clearly do not speak good English and I do not think they are a legit company. Do not use them. RUN!

Don't work with this carrier. We had them pick up a shipment for us from Nevada to Oregon on a Friday. We asked them to tell us when the load picked up and when it delivered. We have not been able to reach the dispatcher or the driver on the phone for 2 days now. If you like your cargo to disappear on you and have no idea what is going on, call this carrier. Follow up, they never even picked up the load or called us to tell us they would not be doing so. I cannot warn you enough, do not use this carrier.

Don't trust the company; they extracharged me $200 for shipping a 2006 Jeep Liberty from Nevada to North Carolina and told me that I had to pay before unloading the vehicle. They didn't give me any warn before pick-up; they just informed me after the vehicle was delivered. don`t .
