If you are a load broker - never trust this company, they will provide rates to your customers direct. Complete morale compromise to the industry and the owners hide behind e mail and never address. Receiving a call back will never happen; cowardly is an understatement. Learn from my costly mistake - LOAD BROKERS BEWARE, do not give them business unless you are willing to lose it to them directly and have them approach your customers direct.
