I've seen some folks leave a one-star review. However, anytime we deal with humans, there is a chance of error. However, my experience was fantastic. I have worked with several moving companies personally and professionally. This team was quick and efficient, handled everything carefully, and meticulously wrapped and protected all my items. Joe, in particular, was very friendly, courteous, and charismatic. His sidekick today was Ernie, who did a great job as well. Thank you to the Arizona discount movers team for making my move stress-free.

Discount movers was such a pleasure to work with ✨ they were very communicative And courteous! The movers were very efficient, kind, and respectful. I’ve used other movers before and had gotten my furniture damaged but with These movers, everything was in pristine condition :) Their prices are also unbeatable! I beg everyone reading this review to not fall for the same trap I did and get another moving company!!! I went with the movers who had the cheapest rates and to say it backfired would be an understatement. When I called to get a quote we did not know the exact date of our move as it was new construction. They told me that I should book now to lock in the rate and then I could change at any time. They told me the rate and we agreed at a specific price, cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. Then, with over a month notice I got the specific date and we scheduled it in. I was discussing dates with the lady over the phone and she told me that on Sunday they would have to charge more as they have to pay the guys overtime so we agreed to do it on Saturday. The day before the move we got a confirmation call and that is when I was told that the rate had changed and we now had to pay 30.00 more per hour than we originally agreed on. At this point, it was one day before the move and I had no choice but to agree. Their movers came and I will say one of them was a great worker and he did an amazing job however the move took way longer than it should have and two of the workers were not as useful. For example when we moved into this house (3 Br, 2BA) it took 3 hours and these guys took over 6 hours to do the move… again, sometimes the cheaper rate is not the best option. Now, this is where things get even more fun! I had asked several times about moving our big screen TV and they said they would take care of it. Now, when we got to the new place the TV was broken and screen completely shattered. It has now been over 3 weeks and we still do not have a TV in our living room and was forced to host a Memorial Day house warming party with no TV in the living room. Our TV was only 400.00 and they still have not reimbursed us for that. They ask for 12 weeks which just seems ridiculous for a reimbursement. They make everything as hard as possible. I know this is a long review but it sounds like others have had similar issues with this company and I hope it saves someone else from having to go through this! Update!!! 500.00 TV and they sent us a check for 38.00 this company is a complete joke! Now I am having to waste more time and money getting a police report filed and submitting a claim in small claims court. At this point i just want to reimbursed for the item their workers broke. Instead they sent us a check of 125 and then another for 38.00. I just can’t believe there is a place that does business like this. The police office that took our report could not believe everything we had to go through as well.

Arizona discount movers are great, I had no one to help me move a heavy item into my house that was delivered in my driveway on a pallet, I had called other moving companies and was turned away because it was only one item, or that wasn’t something they did. I was getting so frustrated and kept calling around and then I called Arizona discount movers they were so nice and professional, they came out the next morning and took care of it, brought the heavy box into my house, unpacked it, they also took away the packaging and pallet. They definitely saved the day!

I would give zero stars if possible. The day of my move, they were supposed to arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Their truck broke down and they kept making the time later and later. Finally, at 4:00 p.m., I called another moving company. I had taken the day off of work to move and I totally lost a whole day of moving. I have now been waiting over a month for them to send me the refund check for my deposit. My new movers arrived the next day on time and did a fantastic job (College Hunks).
