I used Arizona’s Best Movers for my move today. Despite having so much car trouble, Adam and Ronnie were amazing and helped me move my apartment quickly. They were fast, professional, kind, and took really good care of my valuables. Even though the day was bumpy, I am eternally grateful they were able to help me and provide such wonderful customer service. Despite the delays, I would still recommend Arizona’s Best Movers, and I would consider using them again for my next move.

Paid for 2 hours for my Daughter. They have an advertise price and once the move is over they say I owe the truck fee. It’s a weekend and went over 39 min. Shouldn’t we know that up front? Should I have used my truck? Hello you are a moving company and the truck should be included. I will never use them again. Don’t bother to act like you have empathy because you are only saying that to show others you care when you don’t care. WORST MOVING COMPANY. I have many friends who always in need of moving. Will never recommend this company. I have just more to say about the movers and throwing everything in the apartment. But not worth it.

Arizona's Best Movers are true experts! They took wonderful care of all my furniture and boxes. They were on time and worked very efficiently. I highly recommend choosing Arizona's Best!

My father paid them to move my apartment. Broken lamp shade, which they said they would replace never happened. Dented in top part of toaster oven. Do not recommend at all.

My experience was very disappointing this go around. I have used Arizona Best Movers 3 times in total (the first two times were wonderful - on-time movers with professional behavior and no damages to my furniture/property). This time, I was shocked and extremely frustrated by the entire experience. There was damage to my furniture and to my wall (total of 3 separate furniture pieces). I also had an extremely uncomfortable experience with one of the movers as he made unsolicited comments that made me feel uncomfortable, asking “why I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend” and if I was single. He also inquired if I was living alone (a very scary thing for a stranger to inquire). I originally wasn’t going to report this but single women living alone shouldn't have to go through this situation. On top of all of this, the movers were 3.5 hours late outside of the moving window - which in itself is disappointing and frustrating, but on top of that, the mover repeatedly told me that he was on his way and would be there within 15-20 min. I had to call to inquire his whereabouts 4 times after he assured me of his arrival within the hour. Finally, I called and he was at Burger King after he said he was 1 min away, and I called 15 min later and he had stopped for food. I felt that this entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and inappropriate. Again, I have used this company 2 times before and had wonderful experiences - so I was shocked at how this was all handled. When I tried to call the office several times and there was no answer. I just want an apology and reimbursed for the damages.
