Very impressed with Safe & Sound Piano Movers. They had 3 guys bring in our new piano and it was flawless. Very professional. Took the time to get it just how we wanted it. Even the caster wheels were positioned in a straight manner. They were very detailed. So impressed.

The move was so easy. They checked out the pathway, had a board to make moving the piano over a small patch of gravel smooth and had the piano safely secured the whole time. They kept track of the time so everything was well coordinated. They even blew out the ‘dust of the ages’ from the back for me. I would recommend this company for any piano move. This piano has been in the family since the 30s, so it was good to have no worries for the move.

Used these guys a number of times. The service and care for the piano move itself is 5 stars. Scheduling, coordination and communication has some opportunities. Had to call a few times so the office could schedule and ask the boss questions. The still managed to not schedule properly. Wasted time off work to wait and no one showed. That said the guys doing the work are great. Manager reached out to apologize which was nice - that said, it’s why there’s 4 not 5 stars
