We booked a load with ARL from Jacksonville FL to Panama City FL. The receiver scratched the fender of one of the golf carts coming off the truck. Receiver wrote damage on the paperwork. Arl would not pay us for the load and the receiver denied scratching the golf cart. I spoke with the receiver and the sold the golf carts. So it’s no evidence of damage freight. I recommend staying away from this company all together.

Stay away from this broker, very unprofessional will take you off the load for whatever reason they find. Not knowledgeable about business and trucks at all !!!!!! Canceled a load on me in FL, the day of pick up because traffic will be too bad and driver wont make... total nonsense

I booked a hot load with Ryner at 1630hrs 5/16/23. he told me he would get the confirmation to me in 2 minutes. After 30 minutes I called the broker back, and got Mattew. He told me that if I still wanted the load I would have to take the load for $100.00 dollars less. I told him that was unethical, he agreed, but if I wanted the load I would have to take it for $100.00 less. Unacceptable.

ARL out Winter Haven is a waste of time. He starts you off with good loads, and then all of sudden, it all stops. Guy Kevin gives a million reasons why loads are this and that. Then I found that all the great loads are going to his trucks. Go figure you work with him, and he ends working against you. Guy is a piece of work. Be my guest and waste your time.
