I found Armada moving a couple of years ago when I mistakenly hired another mover. The two men that showed up attempted to move a heavy piece of furniture. They got the piece halfway down my stairs and decided it was too heavy for them. Nothing else, including boxes could be moved with that piece of furniture on the stairs. My son-in-law called Armada Moving on the day of my move. Samantha showed up with another mover within an hour. They moved all of the heavy furniture. Recently I needed to schedule another move. Of course, I called Armada Movers. Once again, Samantha and Armada did not disappoint. They are very respectful of the property and the furniture. Before leaving the move out, she did a walk-through with us to make sure everything was fine. Upon finishing the move-in, she did another walk-through to verify that everything was fine And as expected. I will never use another mover besides Armada.

I hired Armada for their reputation and rates. They seemed professional and worked really quickly, even saving time and chatting abput personal things. I tipped them $75, and after a few months, too exhausted to organize my stprage immediately after the move, discpvered that they had stolen my painter's tool bicket with all of my professional tools that I had used for my livelihood! That is hundrends of dollars worth of professional gear. Stealing the tools of someone's work prevents them from earning a loving and supporting themselves. I will NEVER HIRE ARMADA AGAIN, and I am appalled at how my generosity was met with such disdain. If the responsible parties wpuld like to rectify the matter and return my items, I will remove this review and reconsider filing a complaint also with the Better Business Bureau.
