Overall, the crew's performance during the move experienced both positive and concerning aspects. In the pick-up phase, the crew generally adhered to the schedule. Still, the inventory process deviated, leading to delays in receiving documentation and overlooking the application of the high-value list to specific items. Additionally, the delivery company differed from the one initially indicated. There were communication gaps with the designated receiving agent on the delivery side, and the crew deviated from the communicated arrival window. There were also non-standard requests related to base access procedures, and the crew arrived with a child and a dog, raising liability concerns. While the crew demonstrated courtesy and professionalism during the move, issues arose with the driver regarding property damage claims, particularly concerning a safe. Packing and handling concerns included damage to a tile step during the movement of the safe, unconventional packing methods due to space constraints, and challenges in determining missing items upon receipt. Despite adherence to the 8 AM-5 PM requirement for delivery, there was a need for an additional pick-up outside this window to collect packing items left behind. If you want to receive all your items and in the condition you shipped them, I would highly recommend a different company. Enjoy the photo of my belongings being strapped to the outside of the truck before it drove 650 miles in the elements.

Brandon & Cody did an excellent job for my account this morning. They delivered a large footwear fixture to the Coach store at the Hilton Head Mall. Their communication was excellent & they performed the delivery on time with no issues.

I would highly recommend Armstrong for your move Julie was the first to respond to our request in the Charleston area and came to our location to inspect. Other movers balked at coming onsite to inspect. For the move, Brandon and his team were very careful and courteous. Brandon kept us informed on what to expect both days of our move and communication was great!

Brandon smith , where do I begin? I’ve always heard about the legend and how his strength is more like the strength of 2 to 3 men well today I was able to witness all of the glory myself he transported our cabinets in the storm and did it with Grace and with a skill level I can only compare to Chuck Norris…. I would highly recommend Armstrong and if you need someone to lift your belongings with ease ; I certainly would ask for Brandon smith 💯….. 10/10
