I've used them for my personal home, real estate corporate relocation clients, office move across town, and now an inner-office move that resembled a crazy flight pattern. I'm convinced there isn't a better company for local and nation moves. They're communication is excellent, scheduling was a breeze, and they offered no-nonsense pricing - worth every penny. Their crews show up on time, they're experienced, professional, kind, and thorough. If having the job done right is important to you, trust the professionals at Armstrong Relocation.

I would strongly recommend The Armstrong Company to anyone considering hiring a packing and/or moving service. They were an absolute wonder to work with from start to finish. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with that there were honestly no issues at all during the packing, the move or the unloading. When we ended up needing more storage units than we originally had, they even went with us to the office to help decide what other size units we needed to get. No extra charge for the "above and beyond" services the actual moving crew performed, and they did a lot. I cannot say enough positive things about The Armstrong Company. I WILL be a repeat customer as we will be moving again in just a few months. If I could give them a 10 🌟 review, I would.

Let me start this by saying this has NOTHING to do with the first moving or packing crews. They were both prompt and efficient. They communicated well, gave me updates, and did a great job. However, what happened after has been nothing short of a headache. When they arrived they knew there wasn’t enough square footage on their truck for our things after seeing what we had (which btw was less than the walk through bc we decided to leave about half our stuff). They told me another truck would have to come get the rest. I completely understand because things happen out of everyone’s control. I had to personally reach out to the moving manager to get an update on when the rest of the things would be shipped. They took them to a warehouse to await the next load which, again, is understandable. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get an update because one wasn’t given. Mind you this was TWO WEEKS AGO. Now I’m being told that my things, including family heirlooms, are “somewhere in Alabama but we can’t give you a delivery date because they’re still loading”. This is how they treat their customers who paid over 10,000 dollars to have things moved across the country from Alabama to Arizona. Again, the moving crew from Florida was amazing and the packing crew from Huntsville did fantastic. But now I have about half of my things of a truck supposedly somewhere in Alabama. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Period.
