We are military people and have moved several times. This was by far the best experience ever. Moving is stressful, but the moving crew had, lead by Oscar, was relaxing. Our encounter with The Armstrong Company has left us profoundly dissatisfied. Initially, our move on June 13th was marred by missing items, leading to an arduous insurance claim process. To compound matters, we discovered items intended for another family among our belongings. Additionally, the careless handling of our property resulted in scratches on my wife's car. While the remaining items were eventually delivered on July 24th, and the company deducted $700 for tardiness, this gesture did little to assuage our frustration. Despite filling out a property damage form and obtaining estimates for the car repairs, The Armstrong Company's reluctance to reimburse us has been disheartening. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter with Denise McGowan, the Certified Move Coordinator/Customer Service Manager, we've encountered delays and excuses. Their failure to compensate for the damage to our car speaks volumes about their lack of accountability. While we initially hesitated to write this review, feeling it unnecessary if they had rectified their mistake, we feel it's vital for others to know about our experience. My wife and I have resolved never to utilize their services again. In conclusion, The Armstrong Company's handling of our move and subsequent lack of accountability has left us deeply disappointed.
