As always, Arnoff delivered upon every promise they made, and deployed extremely professional drivers (Scott W and John W) as well as machine operators (John H and Don S) for a very challenging delivery of over 16,000 lbs of custom built artwork to City Hall Park, NYC. Haven't even gotten my delivery and they're already 1 star. Initial tracking of the freight shipment stated delivery June 19th (today). A few hours into thie morning and I get a text saying delivery is tomorrow. Call them, they claimed they never stated June 19th even though that date came from their website, using their tracking number. In the end, the guy was rude and couldn't have cared less that they lied about the delivery date and I took the day off to be home for this multi thousand dollar delivery today that never came.
