Around the Clock Movers were amazing from start to finish! They were extremely professional, very communicative (explained the steps and expectations along the way), so polite and courteous! Additionally, I thought it was a very reasonable price. If I have to make another move, this is who I will call. Phillip and his team are the best!

Last weekend we had the unfortunate experience of coming across one of their "crews" in a Circle K gas station on Lincoln and Oswego in Parker. Instead of taking their big truck around the back of the Circle K they decided to squeeze by the gas pumps. They came inches from hitting my truck. When I honked the driver stuck his middle finger 🖕🏻 out of the window and kept going. If my front end was an inch higher their they would have hit me. They ended up parking in a spot they passed before almost hitting my truck which makes even less sense. I saw the name of the company and called the number. In fairness the guy who answered was very apologetic. But while I was talking to to the guy on the phone, 3 of the 5 guys got out of the truck and started walking up to me while I was at the pump. They were walking up to me like they wanted to fight. When they noticed I was on the phone they turned towards the door, but mad dogged me all the way in. I told the guy on the phone it was a little stupid to walk up on someone in a threatening way when you have no idea what they have on them or are carrying in their car, he agreed. I've seen they have good reviews and this has nothing to do with their "moving abilities". This has to do with the way they represent their company in a company truck. Anyone who is ignorant enough to act this was while representing their company doesn't care about representing them in a good way. Much less respect the company or potential clients for that matter. I wouldn't allow this crew past my sidewalk much less in my house trusted to move my valuables.

Blown away!!!! We are living in a world where customer service is not a focal point for many companies. As a consumer, you are left with choosing options between one company that doesn't care versus another company that doesn't care. Not great options! My experience with Around the Clock Movers was the exact opposite. They are very quick to respond. Even if they cannot take your call right away, they will call you back promptly by noticing a missed call. You can tell that every customer is important to them. After I reserved my time with them, they sent a follow up email confirming the reservation. This email contained the contract for me to view ahead of time, some questions/information for me to consider prior to the move, and a YouTube video explaining their mission and what they strive for. That video contained a very simple message. We strive for perfection; we know we are never going to achieve perfection, contact us if there are issues, and we will make sure you are taken care of. What more can you ask for out of a service business? This company was built the right way, with great ownership and wonderful team members. Today I had Isiah, Chris, and Richard assist me with my move. These guys were perfect gentlemen! Hardworking, welcoming, engaging, and very efficient. They knew this was an important time in my family's life, and they treated our move that way. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I would have these guys represent my company anytime. You would be a fool not to consider Around the Clock Movers. They genuinely care about customer service, something that is exceedingly rare these days! -Brett

We try our best to support BOB but when you try to justify something that is proven the story you tell is is not true and very wrong. Especially when your trying to justify the cost this is ridiculous. from $680 to $980 for a 3 men 4 hour job that couldn’t or wouldn’t do part of the job that is supposed to be included from what they tell you is insane. I have never in my 28 years of moving all over the country have l found any movers that just move the furniture in and not put it where it belongs boxes granted but even those are labeled. And before posting this I contacted the company and was told oh well you wasn’t there and your mom should have done this but didn’t take into consideration that I had some over 21 who told them what needed to be done and then they started tacking on more money. Then they took a tip knowing they didn’t deserve it taking advantage of the elder is a very bad way to be. But this company looked to the movers to answer the questions to the general problem I had. If I was anyone looking to move I would go with well know moving company that put there customer cares before their own.

Really great experience with these guys! They moved my one bedroom apartment from 3rd floor to 3rd floor without elevators in 2 hours! Nice guys and took good care of my stuff, not a thing was damaged or broken. Only downside was I did request a wardrobe box via email and by phone the day before, which wasn't brought. Not the day-of guys' fault at all, and Isiah was great and helped me problem solve to get my clothes to my new place safely. Thank you to Ty, Tayvon, and Isiah! Highly recommend.
