Glenda and Vickey did an amazing job! I've never seen a crew of 2 pack a place so fast and so well, and this is probably our...5th move? Packers were very kind, professional, and did great work. The way our goods were packed and the thoroughness with which they were inventoried definitely gave me a warm and fuzzy. There was a miscommunication on my last, and they planned a Friday pack, Monday move. It's in town. Sadly our lease ended midnight on Sunday. Called then, they sent a team out, all done Friday. Absolutely amazing work.

For the most part, they did a good job moving in my stuff. BUT, don't sign anything pertaining to the damage they do until you make sure everything they damaged is on paper. Don't take their word that you can add stuff later. Make sure it is on paper!!. They damaged multiple walls but only put down two things on paper. That's all they will repair. This was a military move so I will report it and them to my military move rep. And if you think this review is fake, here's my name: Jose Torres. Arrow Moving, you know how to contact me!!

This company is managed well from the top down. You do not have to worry about tip as their price is what it is. Their packers are professionally trained and I love that the use wardrobe boxes for every item that is hanging. They were extremely efficient and fast. They worked through lunch and took quick breaks. They did not have to stay past 4:30 the first day and they finished at 12:30 the following day. I had follow up calls from management to ensure my day was going well.
