Absolutely terrible. When you put work orders in they take forever to fix it to the point where it causes damage to the property. During move out they will completely ignore your work orders. Had to stay without ac for almost 3 days in 100 degree weather because of how long they take. They will send a lot of people to tour to the point where you will not be able to live comfortably without having random people walking around your space.
