I would encourage all buyers beware of this company. We scheduled a move 4+ weeks out. 2 days before pickup of our items they called and stated they won't move us as they ran out of room on trucks. Then attempted to say they will mail our deposit back. If we are moving and you canceled 2 days before our date how are we suppose to get our money back? Not to mention 2 days notice before a move. Will tell anyone and everyone I possibly can of this company and my experience!

This is my fault I picked this moving company without it even researching it first, anyway I was moving from Ohio down to Kissimmee Florida. When I spoke to one of the receptionist on the phone was nice. Here's where the problem all started when the movers came to my house in the last week of June the the movers immediately wanted a $2,000 deposit. When my family and I moved into a new house not everything was heavy and bulky except for a TV and a glider rocking chair as soon as everything has moved in . One of the movers wanted a check for $2,000 back so I was basically cheated out of a good moving company I never using them again. I've learned my lesson to do my research wether moving locally or long distance in the future.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Their business ethic and practice is the most un-professional manner I have ever seen! Christine who I worked directly with is a liar, and talked in circles to justify an additional $1,000 charge! Her manager then got on the phone and cursed at me, and said "does it make you feel better talking to a woman about your problems".. Completely unnecessary.
