Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in any capacity. Just terrible. Hidden fees, lies, no care for my belongings, they’re just a middle man company and hired other movers in Ontario and Alberta. So many of my belongings are trash and or chipped/scratched/dented or straight up broken. They delivered my motorcycle and bed to another city! I moved from Ontario to Alberta and I hope no one has to deal with this company ever again. Zero follow up with my claim report. Multiple unfixable breaks from curio cabinets to totes. They charged me a “crating fee” and wrapped a china cabinet in a blanket and 3/4 of it in a cardboard box along with 4 other pieces of furniture. On top of that the driver hit a U-Haul vehicle with their truck and left! I watched it and it’s on camera too. I’m trying to figure out how I can take legal action. This was the worst. Do not make the mistake it did, do not use them.

1 star only because google does not allow for zero star. The customer service and the quality of the service are incredibly disappointing. A staff member from dispatch named Zoe/Zoey told me I could “cancel my move” and hung up on me after telling me that my pick-up date was getting moved a day later. They gave me only a 24-hr notice which caused me fees to reschedule my flight and hotel fees. I escalated my complaint to the manager Amelia who was equally unhelpful. She said that they gave me $50 off and that my complaint has been “addressed”. I complained about her staff’s attitude among other things, and she did not offer any apology until I reminded her that this situation demands an apology. They also delayed my drop-off date by a day due to the truck needing inspection. The condition in which they delivered my items to me was dirty and I am missing items.

DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE. Don’t eat transfer money use your credit card. It’s easier to dispute the claim. You will be happy you did this that’s why they charge such a ridiculous amount for using your credit card They charged me an extra $1200 for my stuff. I had to pay before I got my stuff. then I had missing stuff and damage stuff missing stuff over $1000 and they only want to give me $40 back. PRETTY FUNNY NOW. They will only communicate through email. Plus I noticed they don’t respond to anything. People put this all over the internet so they don’t do this to anyone else. Update, called to ask to speak with a manager and apparently only Amelia is the only person who can help. I asked for the owners email address and they won’t give it they are out of the country, hmmmm. Scammers for sure. Kathy was the person who I spoke to and was very rude no customer service at all. She kept talking over me. All I want is my missing stuff. Particularly my Christmas tree that I spent 500 dollars on. PLEASE PLEASE DONT ISE THEM. Message me and I will explain more. Something needs to be done with these scammers Who’s with me let’s start a class action lawsuit on this company . Wish I read the review’s before. SEEMS LIKE THEY OFFER EVERYONE 40.00 dollars. Did anyone ever get offered extra insurance???? I never did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I had the worst experience ever. The company quoted 12-15 business days and it took much longer to receive the items due to "truck problems." Not sure what that means as the communication was horrible throughout the entire booking. (I get things happen but proper communication goes a long way, not just vague responses.) Not only were most of the boxes open, mishandled and torn apart, many of the items in them were broken. There was a ton of broken glass. We had two TV's, both which are absolutely destroyed and no longer work. My boyfriend is huge star wars nerd and two of his collector figures were missing. We have somehow gained a vacuum which is not ours. Not to mention, they just drop your things at the door and do not help you whatsoever. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The fact they have so many horrible reviews is not surprising. If you care about your belongings, I would highly recommend finding a different moving company.

Be aware of this moving company. They are SLOW, ROUGH and BAD CUSTOMER CARE. I moved my equipment with them, it has dropped but never mentioned about it at all. It took more than 2 month to receive only $170 for $2000 damage. Trust me, you will have a bad experience. You should hire a different company.
