Warning this driver was very unsafe he hit a city truck and tried to drive off while removing a backhoe!!!! I called SFPD and they attempted to confirm what was suspected- a fake plate on on the flatbed portion of the truck. Also the driver seemed to be under the influence of narcotics or alcohol. Use caution if you got to deal with them
