Eric was fast and totally helpful! Our good friends were just checking out of the big park in Longpoint today when they got good and stuck in the sand with their camper top and truck. My friend said Eric was totally helpful, professional and really nice. Their response time was really great too! Less than 30 mins from time of call. Thanks Automotion Towing!

I had an emergency and needed a tow and they were there within 20 minutes! Tremendous response! Great job by Eric to get the job done! Our car on the way to Simcoe for repair straight away! Best towing around ! Hands down!

I hired this company to move my trailer from one campsite site to the other (and level the trailer at the new location) within our trailer park Discussions with the owner prior to the move went fairly well, however as soon as we ran in to an issue with damage they caused during the move, it was another case. He admits to guilt by offering to pay half immediately and then again during another discussion when he resorted to yelling/swearing at me and saying he would pay the bill and hung up on me, to no longer returning calls to discuss the damage and costs to repair the damages they caused. I had tried very hard to keep communication/discussions open with him to address the costs incurred to repair the damage he and his company caused to our trailer, deck and broken window but he has yet to address my calls or registered letter. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend this company. He’s very unprofessional, rude, reckless and doesn’t take responsibilities for the damages he and his workers caused.

CAA dispatched me a Flatbed from This company on the weekend. Absolutely great service! I was very concerned when I saw the 2 star reviews but I had no Issues. The driver had to move my vintage pickup truck from a muddy field to a parking spot between two vehicles. An especially difficult task considering it had 3 wheels , Two of which were seized. The worker came with smile ,did a skillful job, and left me with smile myself. Made something i was worried about all weekend into an easy no problems Tow. Thank you for your help!

My car got stuck in the snow and I called CAA. The road really wasnt a proper road but a use at own risk road. Mike from this company came way faster than CAA told us! He was polite and very helpful. I was running along the side of the flatbed (it wasnt moving) to talk to him before he pulled away and I fell. Mike got right out of the truck to make sure I was ok and offered me assistance getting up. Once my car was straighted out, he drove slowly out to the main road infront of me to make sure I got out ok. HIGHLY recommend this company!
