Lied about the loading time on the phone, refusing to pay detention. Making threats because I'm asking for compensation for their shipper taking 7 hours to get loaded and my driver having to drive all night to make their 7am delivery appointment. And yeah, the address on their ratecon was incorrect, refusing to pay for extra stop too

Extremely bad broker. We picked up and delivered on time and provided ELD tracking link and now they want to cut the pay by 250$ because apparently we were suppose to give driver's personal cell phone.
