We were so happy to have found Available Movers for our whole-house move. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The team showed up on time, worked so efficiently (and tirelessly!), and took great care of our things. The owners are easy to reach and really care about proving excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the DMV. From start to finish, we would give them a 10/10!

I can HIGHLY recommend Available Movers & Storage!! They were available to book on short notice, were reasonably priced, & they arrived slightly early (yay!!). When they arrived they were super efficient and pleasant to work with: they wrapped up my standing desk carefully, and transported it / set it up without a hitch!! Give them a call - you will love them :-)

I worked with Joseph and Angel on my recent move and I want to share how amazing they both were. Joseph really helped me organize my storage to maximize space. I would highly recommend Available Movers and storage.

It's tough to write this review, because my wife and I really wanted to give Available Movers five stars. They completed a whole-house move for us, and both scheduling and the movers were A+. Laura even went above and beyond to provide documentation when the buyers of our previous house tried to accuse us of impropriety during the sale. For what it's worth, we will very likely use them in the future. The difficulty we had was the second time we used Available Movers; I called them back a few months later to move a small piano. They quoted ~$500; took a $100 deposit, completed the move, then charged me $470.70. But the next day, I saw an additional charge come through from them for $583.72. This seemed like an obvious error, so I called their office and spoke to a guy who said they'd refund the last charge. 10 days later, no refund en route. I called my credit card company to verify that no pending credit was on file, and then filed a dispute. $583 isn't a small amount of money. It's always good practice to check your bank statements because mistakes do happen. But I was disappointed that it wasn't just an erroneous charge, but fumbling the refund too. Laura later told me that there was a family emergency, and this is a family owned and operated business, so this may have been a one-off honest mistake.

Going through Available movers was very affordable compared to others. I highly recommend them. Jose and Angel were very helpful and took great care of us during our move. They wrapped all belonging and even protected our floors.
