This is an awesome company to work for. I would give them 10 stars but 5 is the max. The pay is great, they keep me rolling. The longest I had to wait for a load was 2 hours and that's not really bad. Truck great.. I been here for 5 months no breakdowns just a trailer tire blowout. I don't know how some people saying that this is a bad company to work for I don't see it. The pay is great, get paid on time never had a problem with getting paid. I've been driving trucks for 10 years and been with 6 different companies and AW Transport by far is the very best company I've worked for. The whole staff is amazing especially my dispatch. You have freedom here as long you're doing your job correctly etc. I just hate that I have to quit 😭. The reason I have to quit is my Son's Mother finally took a job(night shift) since the birth of our child(2 years old now) so therefore I have to go local so i can be home everyday to keep our son while she works. So if it wasn't for that I would stay with AW Transport... I never in my life gave a job a 2 weeks notice, but I had to with AW... that let's you know I love this company and wanted to leave in good standards in case I decided to come back. Thanks AW Transport for the opportunity to work for a great company. A+

I was taught if I can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. But I can say they took $1000 escrow then charged me $243 to replace a mattress that was already in the truck when I got it. Then charged me $150 cleaning fee after I left so I got $606 out of the $1000 I guess I was lucky to get anything back at all. And don't say I never worked there I have emails and pay statements proving that I did.

Okay here's the deal it's not a bad company butt but when you leave they will find a reason to take your escrow in orientation you were told to take it to any Rider and that's what they want but once you do that then they will charge you $2,000 recovery fee which is ridiculous because that's what they tell you to do. Of course my name is not Redd Foxx my name is Elijah and yes I did work for them and yes they did tell me an orientation that the great thing about working here is that we have a contract with Ryder and so when you leave all we ask you to do is drop the truck and trailer off at any rider that's all we ask but when it was time for me to move on all the sudden they came up with this other stuff they want 2 weeks notice they want this they want that but this is after the fact they lied to me that's the bottom line.

Worked there for a week. Was assigned a broken truck. They have no terminal it is all Ryder rental trucks that are poorly maintained. They charge you for things without telling you, car rental to get to the truck is on you. Large escrow you have to pay for the privilege of having your wages stolen, even if you are company driver. Dispatch doesn't know what they are doing you have to be on them every 30 minutes to get them working on a load for you. Bad company to work for, will steal your money, has bad equipment, has bad dispatch, only this worth an F is the safety guy Lou. He knows the laws and will look out for you safety wise. Rest is trash.
