I had the unfortunate experience of working with James Burkhart at AWL Logistics, LLC, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. James is the epitome of arrogance and unprofessionalism. His communication skills are abysmal, and he seems to believe that his way is the only way, with no regard for input or concerns from others. James’s behavior is nothing short of abusive. He dismisses feedback, ignores valid concerns, and operates with a sense of entitlement that is both frustrating and disrespectful. His attitude is not only condescending but also unhelpful, creating a hostile environment where it’s clear he thinks he’s above everyone else. If you value professionalism, respect, and effective communication, I strongly advise staying away from James Burkhart. His toxic attitude and poor management skills will only lead to a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. There are far better options out there—do yourself a favor and avoid AWL Logistics, LLC if you encounter James.

Not a great experience. Instructors were hard to talk with and were rude and very inconsiderate of newer drivers. Overall everyone I met at the agency were very nice, friendly, and easy to talk with. Overall really nice agency, but driving Instructors were horrible

Predatory hiring practices, horrible rates “so bad they’re going broke or heavily cutting off the top via their brokerage company. Highly recommend you stay far away from this company.

I went to work for this Company as a Service Writer, and after explaining to them I had "No Experience" in the trucking industry as a Heavy Duty Technician, after a month they TERMINATED my employment!! "DO NOT" work for this Company, just read ALL the previous reviews on how they treat their Employees!! They give False hope, and false promises and want to act like they are your friend!! Don't do it!!! The grass isn't greener on the other side!!

Not a good experience. Husband worked there 1 year. Pay was real good for a few months then down hill to the point that all the bills got behind. Had a nice newer truck, but didn't make money.
