I've been trucking 25 years ,WORKED FOR HUNDREDS OF BROKERS .Been burned by a lot, my partner and i have been hauling thousands of loads for AXLE LOGISTICS FOR PAST 3 YEARS .Not only are they able to keep all my trucks running everyday. There communication is spot on emails answered, able to reach office by text and direct call .AND BEST PART THEY PAY ,IF you have a problem working with them your doing something wrong , in this business its very hard to find honest brokers .Zach is my contact always has been he's turned me onto other men and women in his organization that have opened up other lanes so Terminal Transport can grow ,WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE . Not normally a fan of brokers, but Jon Cohen caught me on a good day and I gave him a chance with my truckload business. Jon has proven to be an excellent partner in my transportation needs. Then Jon was out and I was introduced to Manny Casem. Manny has been handling our truckload business for over a year. I've learned to trust them and utilize all aspects of Axle Logistics from Sprinter Vans, to partial truckload, to hot shot flatbeds and full on truckload and oversize truckload shipments. Manny takes the time to listen to the details, ask thorough questions and deliver quality carriers and effective communication every time. Quality Broker IF you have to use one! UPDATE…Booked a load with Axle Logistics, agreed on time, date, and locations. Pickup was a 70+ mile deadhead. I get within 10 minutes of pickup and they cancel the load. In which they don’t compensate for time, wear/ tear, and fuel. I would not trust this company. UPDATE- I received a call from Brett (broker on this load) this morning. He updated me and told me that they have seen my review and were going to get me a TONU. It’s unfortunate that it came to this, but at the end of the day they ended up making things right.
