That destroyed my baby grand piano. They did not use any equipment. Rolled it end over end and left it disassembled on its side, never came back. The keys fell out, scratches, cracks everywhere. I saw it all on my ring camera. They have no insurance and will not answer the phone. Thanks alot!

Bad experience. Very unprofessional. If you need your things just moved but not cared for or the value preserved, then call this mover. Dont be deceived by these pictures, if you are an average residential move they are very careless with your items, no covers over your items at all not even this shrink wrap you see displayed! The owner will move slowly to milk the clock And then expect you to pay for his extended Timer. Watch out for signing anything, take a picture of it after signing because he will write extras on the documents after you sign to include extra charges. This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved several times Since living in Atlanta.

Our stuff was safely moved. Ay Moving Company helped us move the big pieces most of it was either glass or mirrored furniture. Everything arrived in one piece. They did a great job. Highly recommend them.

So I recently had a last minute move from my apartment in Atlanta, Georgia to my new home in Scottsdale, Arizona. Ay Moving Company took my move within a 3-day notice and quoted me a reasonable price that was way cheaper than the bigger companies. But trust me, the whole process went smooth and they got the job done around how long I thought it would take, so it remained in my budget. The movers were cool, they worked hard and did not slack, trying to get more time out the move from a second story apartment and it was hot! But they kept trucking across country and they got it done. I had no issues at all, but I understand how hard a move can be. So I'm not super nit picky. But if your looking for a honest review I gave them a 5-stars because of their rates compared to other companies, for their professionalism by showing up on time. The owner even kept me updated on any changes. Their guys worked hard, no issues with the bill, it was exactly as he said it would and in a timely manner. So that was my experience this week with Ay Moving Company. I was searching and researching a bunch of companies in Atlanta and I'm glad I choose Ay Moving Company.
