I would not trust this company due to negligent and angry drivers. One was mad because he has to wait to turn right because of traffic out of a parking lot so he sped up on my left and made a right hand turn in front of me! Train your drivers not to be hot headed!

Tony and Nat were great picking me up today! They were early and we always laugh a lot on our way to and from. I'm treated like family and I feel safe with them. Sam and Anna have always treated me with respect and help to resolved any issues that may come up with a driver.

Sam saved the day for me when my husband was discharged from Marshall Hospital on short notice. He took a same-day gig in Placerville, was on time, communicated when he was on his way, was professional, courteous and competent. I appreciated his patience, and support, as the hospital kept both of us waiting outside in the Covid parking lot. The price for service was more than fair. Thank you Mr. Sam!

They are contracted by my Father's insurance for transportation, just like what the others say on this review they are always late in picking up patients. Today my Father waited 3hrs from a dialysis clinic and they never came, didn't even bother to call. My sister-in-law had to pick him up, he's already hungry and missed all his medications waiting for them. The clinic staff stated this has happened several times, they always make my Father wait for at least an hour. Zero star for poor service and communication. I will definitely file a complaint with the insurance so they would stop getting their services.
