We had two workers come over to the house just for them to leave with zero communication shortly after starting. The worst part about the whole situation was that the owner even backed them up for their unacceptable behavior by using unacceptable and inaccurate reasons. I am very disappointed with this service and will not be recommending this place to anyone else who wishes for extra assistance moving.

Terrible!!! I used them one time before this and had Corey who was awesome wrapped up my couch and was extremely careful with belongings. This time was awful. We have a rip in our brand new couch, my husbands arcade machine has a hole in the back of it. Our new mattress that was under warranty until they took the mattress cover off was filthy from them dragging it down the stairs. I was super disappointed. They also damaged the exit sign at the apartment that was hanging. So wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve used B&B a total of 4 times over the years. The second move wasn’t ideal, a mover was allergic to cats…you think they would know if their employees were. Another mover was sent out. The fourth move could have been a disaster, but we all have bad days, I felt I was lied to during the quote, but I needed my parents moved and let it go. Well, the 3 young men made up for any issues. I really appreciated the one that assisted my step father when he didn’t make it into the car and ended up on the ground. These guys appeared like they really enjoyed what they did. They made my day. I’ll be moving soon, and guess who I’ll be calling…B&B. The issues that happened in the past are nothing compared to the quality of the actual movers. Except for the cat allergies. I ask now…😀

I am beyond thrilled with B&B movers. I have used them twice in the past three months after my parents recommended them from their previous two moves. First to move my furniture into a storage unit (a 4 hour move with three guys - Tuck, Corey, and Angel) and then today to move all my furniture out of storage and all my belongings in boxes out of my parents’ garage (a 7 hour move) with three guys (Derek, Corey, and James). I had the best experiences both times. Each move went flawlessly. They carefully wrapped my furniture, took it apart and put it back together without losing any pieces. They were all incredibly professional and nice to work with. There was not a single incident to report. My belongings were handled so carefully and they worked very quickly - I just have a ton of stuff!! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a perfect move. I didn’t have to lift a finger the whole day! Thank you B&B movers!!!
