I worked here for a year and I regret ever working for this company. The energy and atmosphere was very negative and dispatch mainly David had a issue with me going home. After I requested home time the last time, David ignored my request so I just brought my truck back to fresno and left. Go elsewhere, there's too many companies to settle for B&B.

Been working here for over a year as an OTR driver. Let's be honest you have your good days and you have your bad days. Overall I have loved working here. I enjoyed building relationships with coworkers here and enjoyed the equipment and service this company provides. The pay is competitive for OTR when you look at the big picture. Bottom line is they are up front and honest so you know what you sign up for. Absolutely no complaints from me. Carry on.

Our main yard and I got there around 14:30 to get some stuff done on my truck and wound up having to spend the weekend because the shop didn't have anyone working on the weekend and I couldn't swap trucks until Monday

So, me and my wife started with B&B in Jan of 2016.... we left in June of 2022. As of Jan of 2023 we are back. Why? Dispatching, consistent good miles and the "real" family atmosphere here. The pay is not the best, nor is it close to the worst. 6500 miles a week for teams is the norm, if u want them. More important to us is the way our concerns have always been listened to and addressed promptly. We love this company and learned the grass isn't always greener on the other side.
