The worst brokerage company ever, zero communication and understanding of how carrier and broker relationship should work. Broker Courtney rudest person I have ever worked with, clearly does not like her job nor have competency to do it.

The worst company ever we did one load with them and we were not able to pick it up. They were rude and deceptive. They lied and went on carrier 411 and posted 3 freight guard reports. How could we have 3 reports when we never carried one load for you ? How can you say we missed several loads when we never ran for you at all. We apologized about the confusion however it was no way we could pick up the load without a trailer. The company we rent trailers for had us come to get our trailer and it was gone. Nothing they could do or us, ro sabatoge our business and lie making 3 fraudulent reports shows why you are a 2.8 business. Corporate refused to assist and get involved and sent us back to the same guy Frank. This is now a civil legal matter.

This company is deceptive and should not earn the business of anyone. Below you will find that this broker posted 3 freight guards on our company from one missed load that it was no way humanly possible to pick up because we didn’t have a trailer to do so. You’re mad because you had to recover the load we stand to lose the most by your unethical practices we never ran for you and had we seen that you had a 2.9 rating in advance we would not have run for you at all. That shows that you do bad business and don’t deserve to be in business and Upper management is worst. We contacted headquarters to tell them about the ordeal and experience we were having with Frank and they sent the email to him and asked him to see about it. The worst experience Ever Frank Garcia the broker is rude and need to be fired. He lies and undercut deals. He was trying to get me to double broker a load sent me to another broker in his network and I said know after that he attempted to slander my character and company character. I hope he lose his job he don’t deserve it

I have been doing business with Brock for 20 years. They alway go above and beyond to make the load as stress free as possible. Their rates as always fair and the truly know that anything can happen in the trucking business. They aren't just a paper pusher. The ladies at the Alabama branch on the Dry Van side know what they are doing.
