When we book load with them they do not send us rate con even I don’t have rate con now , they guys send us campany set up after 4.30 hours ,, we have every email and proof even they guys not call my driver or me , ,we don’t book any load with any one even my truck is still over their ..but if not set up and no rate con so how we can wait for. 5 hours .. even they do not email or call us
