I believe Baby Huey just discriminated against me because I'm a woman. That's the only conclusion I can come to as I was left stranded in 92 degree heat after my voice was heard. I was hired for a job today. All details were agreed to and an Uber was called for me to meet at the truck. Everything was done via text after I responded to an ad on Craigslist. It all seemed legit until I was called to confirm I was in the Uber. I told them yes, I was getting in the Uber, and the phone immediately disconnected. I didn't think much of it. They were probably busy. Next thing I know, I'm in the Uber, already rolling to the destination, and the trip gets cancelled by the company. Me and the Uber driver are confused and I begin calling the guy I had been in contact with and my calls get rejected each time. I haven't heard from him since. I believe he heard my voice, realized I was a woman and decided to ghost me. I have been told straight up by other labor companies that they don't hire women so this isn't far fetched. I have an ambiguous name, and through text there was no way of knowing my gender. Idk... I think it's pretty messed up. Anyways, the Uber driver got another ride and kindly left me on the side of the road to find my way back in the hot sun. I'm literally homeless trying to make an honest living to better my situation. I'm strong and willing to work just as hard as any man. I was off from regular job today and was hoping to make some extra money to pay for a hotel room. Thanks for nothing Baby Huey. Idk if I can add the screenshots of the conversation, but if I can, I will. 100% would not recommend supporting this company.

We truly had a fantastic moving experience! Our crew was knowledgeable, courteous and did an amazing job moving us to our new home. I can’t say enough about Baby Huey Movers and I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! Also, not anything was damaged, including our baby grand piano! Highly recommend them.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES OF THE REVIEWS filter by newest 1st & be advised some are from the owners/employees this company has went down hill in the last few months! Go elsewhere they steal your $$ by running up the clock & when you confront them they ignore you.
