I used this company one year ago over summer break to reconfigure my two elementary schools. It was an enormous job moving furniture, teacher materials, and all school-related items from one end of the school district to the other. The day was excruciatingly hot. Josh and his team were unbelievably professional and tolerant. Fast forward one year later and I called Josh to schedule my personal move. Forest, Chris and Paul were assigned to my move. They were outstanding. From helping me pack and move and unload into my new house, they were so kind and helpful. I actually had a chance to binge watch Law and Order SVU while they took care of everything. They reassured me and checked each time they had a question to make sure. Forest, Chris and Paul, you are a Blessing!

I should have posted this back in October of 2023. Back Savers were life savers to us when we first used their services in October of 2023. We had moved from Oklahoma to Medford and had set up moving help through U-Haul (big mistake). The service U-Haul recommended (Stellar Moving Co.) was 2 movers for 3 hours to unload our truck and haul everything up to our 3rd floor apartment. In every move I have used helpers, when they say 2 helpers, I expect fairly strong people. There were 2 movers that showed up, I believe they were the company owner, and his petite 5' tall girlfriend. I was surprised as this certainly wasn't what we expected. They told me they would bring a dolly for the heavy items. They didn't. After about an hour and a half, with the truck not even half unloaded, these U-Haul provided movers disappeared. They wouldn't answer our calls and we were left with the most heavy items still on the truck. Needless to say, we never released payment to them. At this point, we were in a panic as the move had to be completed and the truck returned. After a few calls to local movers in the Medford area the only one that could get someone out quick was Back Savers. They were less expensive than the U-Haul recommended movers who disappeared. Josh and his crew were fast and as far as we were concerned, not just back savers but life savers. Thanks Josh, Marcus and TJ! Update; We just utilized Back Savers again to move to a new house and Josh came through again with excellent service with Johnny and Forrest who took extra care of transporting all of our belongings down multiple flights of stairs. I have seen movers in the past that were no where near as careful and it was obvious to me that these 2, Johnny and Forrest were very professional and experienced at their job and knew how to protect big pieces of furniture through narrow, tight doorways and stairways, all while doing it as quickly and efficiently as possible. I hate moving, but if I ever have to again, I am calling Back Savers! Thanks, Josh, Johnny and Forrest!

Back savers employees, Chris and Paul were such efficient, hard-working, and professional Movers, we have nothing but hi regards for this company, and we were so pleased that they positioned (and repositioned ) put together all of our furniture without a scuff on wall or floor. Forest & Nathan not only were on time, they SLAYED the move! They worked so hard and quick, I had just enough time to stare in disbelief. Tetris Experts is an understatement! That truck was packed perfectly! Our second time using Back Savers and we will NEVER use any other company! These guys ROCK!
