This business is operating under several different names to avoid any responsibility for their products. Our $700 package showed up with only one of the 3 products we ordered and the third is so badly damaged that it is unusable. They will not answer phone calls or emails. There are 12 other open disputes with the Better Business Bureau. We are contacting the attorney general and our credit card company to file a charge back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They shipped an item 5 months after I ordered and cancelled the item on the same day. Now they are playing games saying I need the order number. I never got one. They agreed to send me a return label but now two weeks later they are making me start the process over again. No phone to call just a horrible email system that takes forever. I am escalating this to Pay Pal
