Bagnell Moving did a fantastic job moving my furniture and things from my storage unit to an apartment. They got me on their schedule 2 weeks sooner than the the other moving companies I had called. The men were careful with my things and even set up the beds. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to move.

I am currently looking for a destination service from Florida to Missouri, An elderly woman answers phone and said BAGNELL! "I said hello, Im calling in regards to" Hangs up... I call back then get a fax sound, I call back a third time and get this rude lady again. I informed her I am calling from an AMSA company looking to do business with your company, "ok what do you want, how can I help you" is her response. Lacks professionalism, politeness and class will not do business with these people or entrust them with my shipments or belongings if that's how you act before you get my money. I prefer not to do business with you... Poor customer service at the least was enough for me....
