I took my 100k dollar car to this shop for SIMPLE repairs. They gave me back my car A WEEK LATER THAN PROMISED AND WITH 30 CODES. My car did not have these codes before to me taking the vehicle in to the shop and I showed them pictures THEY DID NOT COOPERATE. Now I have a car that’s a non op because of their incompetence.

The customer service/trying to even get an appointment at the Mercedes Dealership since buying our vehicle has gone downhill- so we decided to try Bailey’s. Despite being busy or booked, they don’t treat you like an inconvenience and try as best as possible to help you. Anytime I have had work done or need annual services, they give a thorough rundown of what’s needed and honest recommendations. They keep good communication about your vehicle being done as well. Glad we found this place!

We decided to take my car here to get it repaired, because the dealer was too expensive. I am so glad we did! Bailey did an excellent job on the repairs. They replaced my alternator and a belt that was cracking. My car works great now! I highly recommend you take your car here to get it repaired.

My Mercedes wouldn't start, so I had it towed to Bailey European on Sunday afternoon. They weren't open but as soon as I took them the key, they got right to it & was done by that afternoon. They were polite, knowledgeable & efficient. I won't use anyone else. Thank you Bailey European!

Worst European shop in Fresno. I DROVE my brother’s car for them to fix a misfire on the vehicle. When we got the car back, we had to get it TOWED outta their shop cause the car no longer read the key (nor the spare). Also, the receptionist unprofessional. When asked about the car, she giggled and asked if I was sure I left the car there. After giving her the information of the car she still didn’t know which car I was referring to until she remembered it was the car that had the driver door get stuck when trying to open it. Terrible work. I’d give it a 0 star rating if I could.
