This is an outgoing feedback or review . from the start I had a great experience with the recruiter Tony EASY SELF EXPLANATORY PROCESS FOR EXPERIENCE DRIVERS. pretty well maintain equipment almost brand new PETE that was given to me had a pretty understanding and educated dispatcher Jameson the fleet manager Anthony was pretty good and Jameson dispatcher was pretty good and the night supervisor Lewis was pretty good and well educated unfortunately things didn't turn out as planned but I definitely recommend this carrier to any truck driver looking for a good truck driving position with some miles. also I've been wanting to say this for the longest that is people that are leaving negative reviews about other truck drivers on the road is a confirmation the State of Mind America and Americans are in you messed up your life so you are going to go on some website of a trucking company and leave a negative review about a truck driver you must understand the county system in America the United States of America has counties with sheriffs and city cops they are the one in charge of regulating Motor Vehicles along with the federal Authority such as FMCSA and state troopers not you okay you shouldn't be taking pics while driving.. Well I came in here to write a review about how Reckless their drivers are. Seems like a lot of people already beat me to the punch. Almost been hit three times by their drivers running red lights. When I leave work I always come to the signal light and luckily I wait for a second when it changes. They run that red light so many times. Then another one today truck 1580. Speeding and traveling on top of people and then again running another red light. I know Texas has a slogan drive to Texas way friendly. It should be don't drive the Texas way Reckless and crazy. This mail must be overnight stuff that they have to drive the way they do. They're driving just the way Amazon does. very unprofessional. SMH

Took some time and effort to get hired, which is a good thing and turned out to be because they do NOT have a huge turn over rating. We have been working for this company for almost 6 months and we are very happy. We wish we could bring our 2 Rotties with us but we love our jobs and hope to be here for a very long time. Our dispatcher is Pete and he rocks! 5 stars all the way!

I live in St. Louis and truck 1460 was doing 80 mph the other day in a construction zone. It was around 6pm central time. This driver needs to be fired or at least monitored for 1 month then every other month. It does need to be recorded on the driver's CSA score doing 80 in a 50 construction zone. It was on 270 east in St. Louis Missouri. It is almost like this truck company doesn't care how there truck driver's drive. Took my dash cam to get still pictures. 1 I pulled if off my window to get my speed and to show how fast there driver was going. I couldn't keep up til I got to 90 to get a side picture.

Three different trucks within one hour doing over 80 mph on a 65 mph speed limit highway, how is this company still operating? I guess I have to call it luck because it has the most reckless drivers have ever seen, and I have been driving trucks for seven years, Swift doesn’t have reckless drivers it has unexperienced drivers and they just don’t know any better this company requires experience so that makes it wayyyyy worse than Swift
