I got 3 guys and a truck! I packed up totes, but as far as my furniture, they disassembled and wrapped everything with care. Very detail oriented and careful! Communication was clear and concise. They did a great job and I will definitely be hiring them again. Highly recommend!!

The good: they were very accommodating for my last minute schedule. Were efficient enough to stack all my stuff into the storage due to unexpected circumstances (weather and power outage causing last minute change to another storage unit) The good ends here, when I finally moved into the new house and unwrap the furnitures, I can see scratches/chips. I understand it's a long distance move but they could have wrapped the furniture in a better manner... Would not recommend for long distance move (my move was from Richmond, TX to Prosper, TX)

It was amazing. I recently hired Bantu for a move from my apartment to a new house, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. The team arrived an hour late but were equipped with all the necessary tools and materials to handle the job. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently to ensure everything was packed and loaded with care. I was particularly impressed with how they handled my fragile items; everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. Unpacking was just as seamless. The movers carefully placed each box in the designated rooms, even helping to assemble some of the furniture. They made sure to check in with me throughout the process to ensure everything was where I wanted it. What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to making the move as easy as possible. The entire process was well-organized, and the team’s positive attitude made a potentially stressful day much more manageable. I highly recommend Bantu to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient moving service. They truly went above and beyond to make my move a success!

Update updated. There were two knives I gave them, the brand new one is gone. Hope the guy will enjoy, it costed entire 6 dollars at Wallmart, obviously he can’t afford that. Update. I gave 5 stars first because I didn’t see all the issues first! Just finding them during today! The knife is not there! And my ice chest, and the blankets! We called them to help us pack before the moving. They took my bran new cardboard knife I gave them to use while packing at my place, took the coolest ice chest. I allowed them to eat my food, found bunch of watermelon crust in my closet today in between the boxes. We got a box of moving blankets special for the move, I don’t know if they packed them, or took them- they’ve gone. One of the guys was packing in my craft room, thoroughly put everything in the closet for why? So my other movers would spend another hour trying to take it out of there? Or so he could send me 7 hours bill?? The other guy’ skill in putting tape is so awesome, all boxes get open by themselves. We, trying to be nice, bought them gatorade, ice cream, and they treated us like this. Thanks a bunch, and can I please have my $140 tips I gave them back??

The movers were respectful, wrapped everything. Be prepared to pay extra, they are slow. Discovered a Crack in 70inch TV later in day, when I turned TV on. Of course they claim they are not responsible. So in addition to paying for 2 additional hours, I also have to buy a new TV. Definitely not worth it!
