Very poor customer service. They called me 7 days in advance that I had to vacate the storage unit because they had to make repairs. I had to stop working to have everything ready on the indicated date. I understand this, but then they send me a message changing the date and with warnings that they could charge me 70 or even 300 dollars. I hope they have the decency to return the days of the month that were charged in advance.
