Folks have to use BART. No competition and would be expensive otherwise. Have a serious PR issue. With no transit schedules, metro apps ought to be free or discounted and that Clipper Card is a joke if it ever function correctly with credited payments, logging in, displaying balances and more. Are public meetings held to voice views and ideas since increasing ridership is ever so important. No time for a $100 gift card, just fix the issues and how many years will be for improvements. Problems with BART solely rest with management.

ZERO for sure. Every week some or the other issue eating away all the time. Bus bridges provided but they wont drop off in particular stop which they themselves say. Than booking a ride making the transportation cost more than 2 meals a day. The wrost service ever got through transportation. Might need few more couple of tens of years to resolve it i think. All the best folks. Have a good one big hatsoff to the bart. Imagine a hungry day , tired day its awful.

I feel like I’m riding the metro in a third world country, however I’ve been on metro systems in third world countries, and they are managed better than this. The train was on the way to San Bruno from SFO just before midnight, and turned back around to return to SFO, where it had an estimated time of departure of more than fifteen minutes. Also, the cleanliness issue. Or lack there of.
